About Britt
Brittany’s journey into medicine began after witnessing her younger brother’s health crisis in high school, a defining experience that sparked her lifelong passion for helping others heal. With more than a decade of experience as a family nurse practitioner, she has devoted her career to helping women restore their health, confidence, and energy through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Early in her career, Brittany co-founded and helped build a thriving family practice in North Texas. That experience shaped her belief that medicine should be proactive, personal, and rooted in prevention rather than reaction. After a decade in family medicine, she transitioned out of day-to-day clinical practice to focus more deeply on women’s health. Today, she works with clients in obesity management and supports women in menopause care through separate, specialized programs designed to promote long-term wellness and improved quality of life.
Alongside her clinical work, Brittany also co-founded Let’s Nurture Life LLC, where she helps women with PCOS heal naturally through lifestyle change, hormone balance, and root-cause care. This work reflects her mission to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and functional, lifestyle-based approaches so women can finally feel understood, supported, and empowered in their health journeys.
Her work is deeply personal. Diagnosed with PCOS at 17 after irregular cycles and painful cramps, Brittany was told that birth control was her only option and that she might never be able to have children. Years later, through her own healing journey and holistic approach, she not only reversed her symptoms but naturally conceived her son, proof that the body can heal when given the right tools and support.
Today, Brittany combines medical expertise, functional insights, and a deeply compassionate approach to help women feel at home in their bodies again. Whether through clinical care or her work with Nurture, she’s on a mission to redefine what it means to truly heal.

About Andrew
Andrew’s journey into health and wellness began from personal experience. Starting in his teens, he struggled with anxiety that reached a peak during college, leading to recurrent panic attacks that ultimately shifted his path away from becoming a commercial pilot. What could have been a setback became a turning point that set the stage for a lifelong commitment to personal growth and holistic well-being.
Determined to understand the connection between the mind and body, Andrew immersed himself in therapy, fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness practices. Through consistency, curiosity, and a willingness to rebuild from the inside out, he learned how to navigate anxiety and transform his health.
That transformation inspired a new purpose: to help others do the same. Today, as the co-founder of Let’s Nurture Life LLC, Andrew plays a vital role in bringing Britt’s message to more women through social media and digital strategy, helping translate her expertise into content that educates and empowers. He also oversees the daily operations of the business, ensuring that every moving piece runs smoothly while supporting Britt in her many professional roles.

About Meghan
With a background in emergency, electrophysiology, and travel nursing, she saw firsthand how conventional medicine often treats symptoms rather than addressing root causes. That realization, combined with her own health struggles, sparked a passion for functional medicine and a desire to help others find real answers.
Since beginning her functional medicine journey in 2020, she’s dedicated herself to understanding how nutrition, movement, and lifestyle shape long-term health. Her studies in Nutrition and Functional Medicine and ongoing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine reflect that commitment.
Today, she works at a functional medicine center in New Jersey, where she provides IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, nutrition consulting, and health coaching. Her approach focuses on education, empowerment, and sustainable change, helping clients take control of their health and live with more clarity, energy, and confidence.
